The Zen Mac does not offer tech support, so we do not fix monitors, hard drives, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi or the like.

No. We focus exclusively on the Apple ecosystem. That's why we know it so well and can provide you with expert support.

We can provide estimates, but the actual number of sessions needed will depend upon factors such as your goals, learning styling and individual work pace. Resolving simple issues may only take one session, while complex issues (such as photo or email organizing) may take multiple sessions.

We work on a hourly basis, and clients pay using Stripe (which accepts all major credit cards) . There is no minimum requirement for sessions and our rates are very competitive.  If you aren't satisfied with your first session, you will be 100% refunded.

No. You remain in full control of your computer. We cannot download or upload anything, and we  do not see the contents of your files unless you choose to share them.

We won't. We have a lot of experience with macOS, as well as safe procedures for guiding your work and tackling file deletions...ensuring nothing you want to keep is accidentally erased.
