Our one-on-one consultations are designed to work with your schedule and pace, so it's always comfortable. We typically work via Zoom, but we can also assist over the telephone.

When you work with The Zen Mac, you receive your own, private client webpage with a full history of your sessions, helpful tips and tricks, scheduling options and more. All custom built for you.

Your client page provides everything you need for perfect continuity between sessions, so we can pick up right where we left off. 

We work over Zoom, the internationally trusted webinar service. All sessions are end-to-end encrypted, meaning they cannot be seen by anyone else.

You even have the option to record them, so you can always revisit exactly what was done.  

Before working together, we discuss specific data security protocols that ensure your computer and data are protected from the moment we connect.

No files will ever be accessed or deleted by us. We cannot upload to or download anything from your computer. And once the session ends, The Zen Mac cannot see your data or access your computer in any way.

You remain in full control of your computer at all times, even if you give us temporary remote control for a specific purpose. 

During remote control, you can see everything we are doing on your computer – and you have the power to disable our control at any time for any reason.
